The Dress
I was the cliche bride. I went to David's and it wasn't the first dress that I tried on, but it was the one that was my favorite on the website. I tried it on and I was grinning ear to ear, according to my mother. Everytime that I have a fitting I fall more and more in love with this dress. I cannot wait until everyone sees me in because I am the biggest tom-boy there is and no one is going to expect me to wear such a detailed dress.
Shocked I tell you, they will be shocked!!!

I am in love with my seamstress!! She has done some great work so far on my dress. She is also going to be making my veil for me so I don't have a picture of it yet.

The Wedding Day Shoes!
That's right folks! I will be wearing chunky flip-flops ALL day long! As you can see in the picture above, my dress is a bit too long so instead of having the dress hemmed and ruining the lace detail on the bottom; I have come up with an alternative solution, which is mighty comfy I would like to add. I am soo excited...now I don't have to worry about tripping or my feet bothering me at all!!! Woohoo for chunky flip-flops!!
